Part-time employees and interns entitlements are to be pro-rated accordingly. Additional sick leaveIf the Employee/Intern requires additional sick leave, the Employee/Intern should discuss a suitable arrangement with the Core Team. NotificationThe Employee/Intern is to notify WISE ActSEA as soon as possible in case of their absence from work through illness if the Employee/Intern will be uncontactable for one or more working days. Although certification of their sick leave by the organisation’s doctor or a Government doctor or any other certified medical practitioner or medical officer is not necessary, the Employee/Intern is encouraged to seek qualified medical advice if they are ill. |

Biaya cuti sakitKaryawan dan intern yang kerja penuh waktu berhak mendapat biaya cuti sakit apabila tidak melebihi:
Hak karyawan paruh waktu dan pekerja magang harus disamaratakan. Cuti tambahanJika Karyawan/Intern membutuhkan cuti tambahan, Karyawan/Intern diharuskan untuk berdiskusi pengaturan yang baik dengan tim inti. PemberitahuanKaryawan/Intern memberitahu WISE ActSEA secepatnya apabila tidak bekerja akibat penyakit jika tidak dapat dihubungi untuk satu hari kerja atau lebih. Meskipun sertifikasi dari cuti sakit melalui dokter organisasi atau dokter pemerintah atau petugas medis bersertifikasi ataupun petugas medis lainnya tidak dibutuhkan, namun Karyawan/Intern disarankan untuk mencari saran medis resmi apabila sakit. |
