Ensure the safe, organised, and efficient documentation, use, and flow of information within the organisations and with external stakeholders in order to achieve WISE’s mission and strategy.
Roles and responsibilities
Enable the efficient administration of day-to-day operations
Develop, implement and monitor systems and procedures to facilitate appropriate, regular, transparent, and supportive workflow and communication externally and internally. This includes but is not limited to:
Keeping track of access to and usage of tools, software and products for: cloud computing; project, task and process management; productivity, collaboration and communication, and; content management.
Developing processes to ensure consistent and effective management of data.
Staying updated on latest technologies, especially for non-profits.
Work with other teams to ensure that documents and documentation are organised, accessible, and consistent.
Work with the Organisational Effectiveness team to train team members to use tools, software and products effectively.
Keep confidential information safe
Develop and implement policies, systems, and procedures to protect access to and use data.
Work with the Legal Team to keep updated on technology and data-related laws and regulations.
