Unsolicited applications happen when someone ‘spontaneously’ decides that they want to join WISE as a staff, intern, or volunteer. WISE’s external communications channels publicises a rebrand.ly/WISEVolSignup URL for anyone to indicate their interest to join the organisation.

If a team or project requires additional manpower to achieve their goals that cannot be met internally, they should first put up a volunteer opportunity on Jira.
